I am a licensed day care provider located in the Oregon/Brooklyn school district in Oregon, WI. I am also on the food program thru 4C’s. I plan my own menus and also plan at least two age appropriate activities or more throughout the day as I like to make sure the kids will always remain busy. As well as challenged. They get a lot of one on one as well. We go outside every day, weather permitting. Lots of walks around the neighborhood and to the park.
I have been professionally working with children for about 10 years but have been caring for kids a total of 15 years. I have my Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education from MATC. I’ve also had training on Shaken Baby Syndrome and SIDS and am certified in CPR (infants – Adults) and Food Safety. I keep up with my continuing education on a annual basis. My background is checked about 4 times a year.
I worked at Woods Hollow Children’s center for three years and previously at a childcare center in Brooklyn for two years. My experience is with all ages.
I am a mother who loves being with all kinds of children, parents and families. I love the new challenges that this job brings to me every day.
My hours are 7:00 am to 6:00 pm M-Thursday and Friday 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Summers from June to End of August I will be closed Fridays. Ages I work with are 6 weeks to 12 years.
